Innovation and technologies: success factors in administration of organizations with development and competitiveness

Objective: This article analyzes the innovation, management technologies and dimensions components of technological capacity as success factors perennity in micro small companies organizational excellence public organizations.Methodology/Approach: Data were extracted from secondary sources literature. In field, universe was 1.700 industrial companies, 15.112 service delivery 16 hospitals 03 universities, with stratified random samples for accessibility.
